Why might I want a society email account?

A society email address yourname@bssr.org.uk is useful if you have a long unwieldy NHS email address, but want to maintain a professional image with your associates.

You can issue your friends and colleagues with your society email address and (optionally) have all email automatically forwarded to your current email address.

How would I access my society email account?

You may access your society email account in one of two ways:

Have all email automatically forwarded to your current email address. This is the simplest method and does not require you to configure anything.

Through standard email software such as Microsoft Outlook Express. We provide full instructions on how to configure your email software to send and receive messages.

Please note, we do not currently provide facilities for accessing your email through the website.
